My gallbladder stones.These hurt so much after eating the sandwich. Good thing the doctor didn’t operate on me immediately (but he did when March came) because I just had a CS less than a month after this happened.

Monaco, I am not sure about the taste because I haven’t eaten sandwiches like these for years ever since I had my gallbladder removed after I got sick eating a Quarter Pounder. Ugh.

We try to cut down on eating out too, gastos kasi. Hay…

Will try to line up the tag, medyo busy lang since the kids got sick one after the other.

Liza, now a tooth is coming loose again and he said he wants to get a McDonald’s double cheeseburger again. Sheesh.
