I already have an entry but I had to make another one in honor of the celebration of Independence Day.
Binabati ko kayo ngayong Araw ng Kalayaan, lalo na ang mga nagsasabing “No to ConAss”
Lechon, very Pinoy. Source of a lot of heart problems to people who do not moderate eating said food preparation.

I heard a doctor say on the radio that a teaspoon of freshly squeezed calamansi after eating lechon helps. With what? Not really sure. Anyone knows why?

maiylah on 13 Jun 2009 at 1:18 am 1hayyy …. fave ko yan. pero yung luto lang dun sa probinsya kasi mas masarap. lol. regarding the calamansi … maybe it would act like tea … helps in digestion (daw) or baka pantanggal ng umay.
