Leche Flan

We love leche flan! Who doesn’t? Leche flan is one of the desserts that can also be considered as comfort food.

Here is a slice of our super yummy leche flan that has more eggs than the usual leche flan recipe:

Leche Flan

This means I really have to read more on because the kids and the hubby have been requesting I make this more often. Sweet temptations like this leche flan is my waterloo and yes, I admit, there are times I have more than I should eat.

Click here for the recipe. Be prepared to have purchase more eggs than the usual though. You can also use the egg whites for another batch though this is not as creamy and as filling as the leche flan cooked with egg yolks.

hubby’s fave dessert! i suddenly remembered my SIL’s leche flan…she doesn’t get to make them anymore since my MIL died, (since an aunt living with her is allergic to eggs) and leche flan is mostly made up of eggs!
