<p>Coco jam and bread = perfect combination. You can also try peanut butter + coco jam together and you will get two thumbs up experience. This of course will depend on your tolerance to the coco jam.</p>

<p>All three featured in the photo came from a bakery that uses the old fashion way of baking bread, through brick oven. As a child I disliked coco jam candy because it smells &#8220;ewww&#8221;. The taste, I must say, seems like an acquired one and is something that develops over time.</p>
<p>The oil from coconut is said to work fine for pimples but I am not sure if <a href="http://www.acnevitamins.net/" target="_blank">acne vitamins</a> and an intake of coco jam would go hand-in-hand for a clearer skin. Maybe it would, who knows?</p>
<p>Why waste time thinking about it, let&#8217;s all use up the coco jam in that little jar on the bread and eat!  <img src='http://greenbucks.teacherjulie.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_biggrin.gif' alt=':D' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>

<p style="text-align: left;">Filipinos know this food just by its scent alone.</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">When I was cropping the photo, I asked my son if he knew what this food is. He said the name of a mall near where we live where I had this as well as the name of the dish, and he was right on both counts. Bangus Belly from Reyes Barbecue.</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">I like this better than other food eaten with rice, even before I had to lay off on meats, especially with the fat attached.</p>
<blockquote style="text-align: center;">
<p style="text-align: center;"><a href="http://greenbucks.teacherjulie.com/wp-content/uploads/2008/12/img_1590b.jpg"><img class="alignnone size-medium wp-image-462" title="http://greenbucks.teacherjulie.com Bangus Belly" src="http://greenbucks.teacherjulie.com/wp-content/uploads/2008/12/img_1590b.jpg" alt="" width="275" height="241" /></a></p>
</blockquote>
<p style="text-align: center;">What would you put in the soy sauce? Calamansi juice? Chili?</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">I prefer this eaten with fresh raw tomatoes <img src='http://greenbucks.teacherjulie.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_wink.gif' alt=';)' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>
<p style="text-align: left;">Nakakamay pa.</p>
