Leche Flan

We love leche flan! Who doesn’t? Leche flan is one of the desserts that can also be considered as comfort food.

Here is a slice of our super yummy leche flan that has more eggs than the usual leche flan recipe:

Leche Flan

This means I really have to read more on www.weightlosssupplement-s.com because the kids and the hubby have been requesting I make this more often. Sweet temptations like this leche flan is my waterloo and yes, I admit, there are times I have more than I should eat.

Click here for the recipe. Be prepared to have purchase more eggs than the usual though. You can also use the egg whites for another batch though this is not as creamy and as filling as the leche flan cooked with egg yolks.

European Baked Goodies

I love multi-grain breads. Wheat bread too. Below is a wheat bread with some kind of seeds (can’t remember what was written on the label, this was given by the MIL a long time ago) on the crust. Soft inside and a bit crusty on the crusts (duh, what am I saying).

Anyway, this loaf was from a bakeshop that bakes and sells Europe-inspired baked goodies. The owner is a German married to a Filipina.

Cajun Chicken Pasta

This is my Filipino version of Cajun Chicken Pasta that I got from The Pioneer Woman, Ree Drummond‘s blog. Now, If you don’t know who she is, quick! do click the link to her name and believe me, you WILL spend hours reading her blog.

Chicken Pasta

I know, my pasta pales in comparison with hers, LOL, but hey, the kids got clean plates and even asked for seconds. I used Italian seasoning (combination of different herbs) instead of Cajun seasoning which I’m not sure can be found in the supermarkets. I must look harder next time. We have had this several times since I first tried to cook it.

Now excuse me while I go looking for hot tub covers online 🙂

Ingredients here just in case.

Yakiniku Beef Sandwich

Have you tried Yakiniku beef? It looks like bacon, only beef. We absolutely super duper love it!

That’s my Yakiniku beef and egg sandwich (I prefer it a bit burnt to remove excess fat) and vegetable salad. Sunquick orange juice to wash down the food. Yum.

Home-cooked Food

I know, this has fats attached to it but I don’t really eat it because it’s “bawal” bummer. The kids have this as their lunch. Here is my Yakiniku beef and mushroom and what I make for them ala-Jo****** beef and mushroom meal 🙂

Here by the way is a controversial issue about Yakiniku beef but not about the quality but something that involved a plagiarist 😉

I was  looking for articles about custom laptops when friends alerted me about the controversial issue.  Hmph.

Mahirap kaya magluto at kumuha ng magandang picture tapos they will say these are theirs.
