Lettuce, onions,cucumber, tomatoes and grapes. Yumm-o.

I love vegetable salads and this one was unique because it was prepared by a friend and shared by friends too.

My youngest child eats this kind of food because I prepare this at home too. My little boy is not fond of vegetable salad though and seems like he has built-in radar detectors and hides every time I call him to taste the vegetable salads I have prepared

As I have written here and here, I don’t usually buy/order vegetable salad prepared somewhere else because it is easy and inexpensive to prepare these things from home.

This has Romaine lettuce, cheese cubes and tuna with light mayonnaise.

For me who loves vegetable salads, Caesar Salad from Burgoo is one of the best in town.

It has crisp Romaine lettuce with special Caesar dressing, fried calamari, crab meat and baby prawns and of course, Parmesan cheese.
