We love leche flan! Who doesn’t? Leche flan is one of the desserts that can also be considered as comfort food.

Here is a slice of our super yummy leche flan that has more eggs than the usual leche flan recipe:

We have a lot of doughnut stores in the country but this one definitely takes the cake, or the crown.

When I was in college, I loved eating in a doughnut/mini-restaurant near my school. Not only does it cure my craving for something sweet, it is also cheaper than going to other fast food restaurants.

My children love another brand which is just fine with me since the donuts there are not too sweet and are also not too expensive. A dozen is not enough to last a day.

As for me now, any brand will do as long as these are tasty and not too sweet.

If it was up to me, I would have donuts anytime of the day but of course, at my age, I wouldn’t want to suffer from a high blood-sugar level nor take some diet pills to avoid me bursting the seams. As if I am not bursting at the seams now, hah.

If you ask my husband? He prefers those donuts with sugar crystals on them, eaten hot, baked simply but tastes wonderful.

What is your favorite donut? Me, I love anything chocolatey. Yum!
