Thanks, Ling. Would you believe that that is in the middle of a bustling university in the midst of a bustling city 🙂

WillThink4Wine, yes, I agree with you, it sure would be nice to spend a day here. This is by the way an area within a busy university in the midst of a bustling city. When we have time we go here for some peace and quiet during weekends.

Thank you very much, The Happy Housewife. This is some sort of an oasis in the midst of the city we live in 🙂

Sandy, thank you. I have featured this place (though different photos) several times in my blogs already 🙂

Yes, Karen, isn’t the reflection nice? Thank you.

Meeya, dear, sorry to disappoint you, its not a lake. Its the UP Diliman lagoon 😀 We love going ehre during weekends, when we have time, so quiet and relaxing.

Marsha, yes, we love to spend quiet afternoons here. This is in a secluded area in a university near where we live in the midst of the city 🙂 Thank you.

    Hi Greenbucks,
Is this the Philippines? Such a beautiful country and people. I visited in 2007.

Love the low branch hanging over the water and how green it is!

Thanks for visiting, and happy WW.

Tin, this is a secluded area there. There are not a lot of people who go here though, even if it is just at the back of the admin building. This is a nice place to the children to go “hiking” and climb some trees.

Cynematic, yes, this is here in the Philippines, an “oasis” in a state university in the heart of a bustling city. We bring our children here for a picnic on weekends. So many trees and open space for them to run and play. At times we bring bikes to join those who bike and walk/jog just a few meters from that place.

Hope you would be able to visit the Philippines again. Thank you very much.
