Peanut Brittle

Peanut brittle is made of peanuts with caramelized sugar. Very sweet, very tasty. Have a glass of beverage handy when eating this to avoid having sore throat.

Pero masarap di ba? This is a variety because usually the product has the small, chopped peanuts not whole ones.

Once i open a jar of peanut brittle I don’t stop until it’s all gone, especially the Romano’s variety.

On the way to a San Fabian (Pangasinan) beach a couple of years ago I passed by the Romano’s factory and had to stop. I eventually bought 8 jars of the stuff!

Aliw, pakonti-konti 🙂 Ayos yan, para matagal. But then, be careful for it might taste a little stale pag nahanginan, hehe..

Glaze, didn’t know that is the term for the caramelized sugar. Kahit walang peanuts, ok na sa kin yung glaze 😀

Just like Pringles, once you pop, you can’t stop. Ganun nga ba yun? Pakonti-konti until you realize that there’s no more na pala.
