Obesity, Who Do We Blame?

The cases of people, even children, with obesity is rising steadily.
So who do we turn an accusing finger at?
The fast food for offering hard-to-resist deep-fried and high in calorie food offerings?
The candy and chocolate manufacturers for making their sweet offerings very much appreciated by those with sweet tooth?
The bakeshops, donuts stores, dessert and pastry chefs who continually experiment with so many yummy concoctions that are hard to resist?
No not them really, they are not entirely to blame for this obesity problem.
Have we looked at how we live our lives?
Starting at childhood, children are now more prone to sit in front of the television, watching shows or playing with their electronic games to fill up their time. Or they just sat in front of the computer for hours doing whatever fancies their attention.
Not only children do these, adults as well enjoy doing these things. Who doesn’t like to watch his favorite sports on TV while munching on crunchy, salty chips, and drinking sweet soda? Napping after lunch?
Sedentary lifestyle, this is what we have to blame why obesity s on the rise. We have stopped moving about.
When there is a significant weight gain, do we just look for the most effective fat burner that we can get our hands on? Or do we look at ourselves and how we live our lives? Lifestyle check is one of the foremost things to do.
It takes more than the things mentioned above to curb this trend. The concern should not focus solely on the increase in bodily weight but the onset of different kinds of diseases that go along with being obese.
One of the keys is to move more and eat less.
And make good on this promise. After all, we have to learn to eat to live, not live to eat.
