Rodic’s Tapsilog
Aug 15th 2008greenbucksBlogging101 & Food Friday & Philippines & Photos
We love Rodic’s tapsilog. Tapsilog for the uninitiated and those in the know, means TAPa or marinated beef strips, SInangag (fried rice) and itLOG (egg)
The tapsilog in Rodic’s is great, for one, because one does not need to chew the beef strips throughly for these have been flaked.
UP students and even those who have not studied there but had a taste of this food (would) like this unique food offering.
Last time we had this? Last Sunday π

Oh yeah, I have heard of that — one of the best places to eat daw here in Metro Manila… pero ‘di pa ako nakakakain diyan. How much was the tapsilog?
Here are my food friday entries:
Classic Carbonara and Boracay Seafood Boil. Hope you can drop by!

It used to be PhP55 but I think its PhP60 na. Try it one of these days, go on a Sunday so its not SRO.
Thanks for the visit Jenn π
Masarap talaga ang tapsilog, Z. There are so many variations with this meal, I think there is even a danggitsilog π
Liza, I also use suka π Achara would do well too.
The tapsilog looked good pero gusto ko yung itlog cooked overhard instead of overeasy.
Haven’t tried that yet, bertN, most patrons would oder egg ala-malasado π
