iBlog4 Summit

GreenBucks was at the iBlog4 Summit held recently at the Malcolm Theater in UP Diliman.

Topics ranged from Blogging Basics for newbie bloggers, going problogger, PhotoBlogs, Blogging in time for the election, Mindanao bloggers and blogging for advocacy.

Could be more topics. Last year, topics about SEO, internet law and copyright issues, problogging, increasing site rank, blogging and the old media, blogging issues and internet issues in other Asian countries, and other technical stuff and other helpful stuff were discussed. I was sure these were helpful, I just didn’t know what these were before. Wouldn’t hurt if these were discussed again, sort of a continuation.

My 2 cents? Do what happened during the earlier iBlog summits, create subgroups where people can choose what they want to learn about.

Here are the other posts about iBlog4 which I got from Aileen‘s post “Lessons I Learned…” (thanks, I hope this is just 10% of your post, haha!)

Christian Cruises

Christians all over the world embark on journeys that would take them to different Holy places to learn more about the history of Christianity. There are now innovations to this kind of trips that Christian tourists make. These are Christian Cruises where Bob Cornuke along with other teachers embarks on a cruise in a luxury, 4-masted tall ship for a Bible-based Christian Cruise. The cruise will be in July 2008. On-board Bible teachings, visits to the different ports in the Bible, relaxed atmosphere, full day visit to Santorini and optional visit to Malta, Christian Cruises like these would surely be worth the trip.

Golgotha in Zambales

We have just celebrated Earth Day 2008 yesterday.

Do people really care about Mother Nature?

Do people really do their part in helping preserve or even keep nature alive?

Mother Nature is called as such because of the abilities to nurture, to care for, to nourish people who inhabit this lovely green and blue planet.

Would we say that these are still the colors we can see on this planet?

Look at this blurred photo taken from a moving car. Yes, it is blurred photo but the destruction is so clear:

Memory Upgrade

Having 4096MB in a computer would be a great thing. The server, computer or laptop will run faster with this kind of memory upgrade. There are several issues that need to be answered though before 4GB memory upgrade is done. The needed speed should be considered, and also if the computer system would be able to upgrade fully and not just stop at 3GB. If that happens, that is definitely good news. For those who are into gaming or image and video editing, the 2gb Memory Upgrade is an ideal memory option. These gamers surely need this kind of speed to be able to keep up with the games at gaming hot spots. The 2GB memory is also a good choice for those who business owners who own their laptop and want more speed because they have to bring their mobile computers to business meetings. For those who still use the DDR1 or the first generation’s last mainstream chip a PC3200 DDR400 SDRAM Upgrade, can be purchased at Memory Deal because it has great values on its genuine factory and original modules. Why is it important to get genuine factory original modules? The reason is that this RAM has a long shelf life so many desktop computers as well as servers still use this kind of RAM until today.
