Onion Rings

Onion rings.

“Ewww… the smell” as some people would react.

These onion rings can be used for frying crispy onion rings, or used as pizza toppings or for the Filipino version “bistek”.

Our own version of the bistek has no beef strips but has bangus back fillet strips marinated in soy sauce, oyster sauce, and ground pepper cooked with onion rings. Yum!

i love onions—in beef steak, bangus steak, salads, salsa and sandwiches. it’s not the same without the sweet and spicy flavor of onions.
