Booo! to Kanye West

Everybody’s been talking about this rude person who calls himself Kanye West.

Boooo! to Kanye West for that uncalled for and rude behavior towards teen Taylor Swift during the MTV VMAs last Sunday. Taylor, go girl!

Crass behavior is something that turns people off. If KW lives in another country, maybe he should start contacting long distance movers before an angry mob get him at his home, lol.

Dissing other people in front of millions of spectators is not just crass, uncalled for and rude, it is downright barbaric and savage.

Clearly, good breeding can’t be bought.

Charlie Chan Chicken Pasta

Charlie Chan Chicken Pasta from Yellow Cab Pizza. It has a spicy sweetish blend, definitely a winner for me 🙂

Perfect with a can of regular Coke (my choice though hubby insists I get the Coke Zero which is his choice of drinks).

Happy Friday!

Motorcycle Overtaking on a Curved Road

Motorcycle riding people take for granted over taking vehicle while they are on the road. Over taking on curves is a big no-no, even if one is availing the services of a Seattle personal injury lawyer.

They weave in and out of traffic with inches away from other vehicles on the road because they think they can do so due to their small size.

Besides, I doubt the law will take pity on people if they have been the one doing the wrong move in terms of road mishaps and accidents.

Yes, some people, especially motorcycle riding people can be reckless or careless or pompous. Or all of the above. No offense meant to those who ride these two-wheeled engines but as with all kinds of motor vehicles, caution is always the best way to approach driving.

(Sotanghon) Vermicelli Pansit

I love pansit. My favorite pansit are that of the bihon and sotanghon (vermicelli or glass noodles) varieties. I have tried cooking pansit but  these always end up unsuccessfully. Either the noodles are too dry or have too much water.

Below is a plate of pansit sotanghon that I cooked:

Yes, there are more vegetables than the noodles but I must say, this batch turned out just right 🙂

We had this for lunch. Best enjoyed when served warm and downed with ice-cold Coke.

Nokia X6

I am on the lookout for new cell phones, not that I can afford to buy one right now. I chanced upon the new Nokia X series and I must say the Nokia X6 captured my attention.

The unit may look boxy to others but for me this unit is definitely something I would set my sight at. Full specs can be read here.

Now if only this is affordable, 😀
