Cheese Dynamite

Cheese dynamite, a chili pepper with cheese inside, coated with crunchy crumbs. As I have said, it IS the bomb.
I grabbed the photo from my other blog where I featured Cafe 5845 which will serve varied dishes with cheese daily till the end of August. The food being served are from the same people that gave us 5,845 cheese dishes that got a Guinness Record last December 2009.
Cafe 5845 is located at the North Wing of SM Mall of Asia. It has a lovely garden ambiance but has modern kitchen and lcd monitors for your viewing pleasure.
It is a must-visit indeed.
To the curious: hindi maanghang.

it’s not maanghang? i wish it were. lol. we tried cooking something similar here at home (it had seasoned ground meat and topped with cheese inside, then fried) and i couldn’t stop eating it(i loved the spicy sensation)! we forgot to use gloves while preparing the chili, so after a while we had to endure the discomfort. lol.
will see if we can visit cafe 5845… we seldom go to MOA. ang layo kasi… 😀
thanks for playing, T. Julie
happy weekend
Cafe 5845 sounds interesting. will check it out the nest time i’m in MoA. i love cheese and anything with cheese so magugustuhan ko ‘to.
