Mussels with Garlic Butter

Below is one of my eldest daughter’s favorite weekend Sunday lunch fare, mussels with butter that has garlic bits and parsley.
Finely chop fresh garlic and fresh parsley and add to butter to make the butter mixture. I think I used spreadable margarine with this batch and fresh basil bits instead of parsley. Works any way, the taste is still good enough.
You can use a food processor for easier handling of the butter mixture. I used this to make it. This mixture can be refrigerated and used with bread that can be paired with any pasta dish.

re: Snack Swap
Rule is, at least $15 worth of snacks and ready for $30 for shipping pero napag-usapan namin ng partner ko na more than $15 ang spend namin so I spent around
$30 or P1,500 tapos inabot ang shipping sa post office ng P4,600 yata for 6Kg of snacks. Yung partner ko yata parang special delivery ang ginawa nakita ko yung shipping nya $78.
Wow Miss J! Looks yummy! Pero I must say that I only ate clams when hubby forced me to taste the clam soup and I admit it was okay. Didn’t taste as bad as I thought!
Serving mine HERE
i just use butter and garlic on it, but using fresh basil is a welcome idea! looks yummy!
ay, pareho kami ng favorite ng daughter mo. love mussels with butter & parsley, lalo na yong matatabang tahong, hayy sarap! di ako dati mahilig sa mussels until i tried mussels in Italianis. na-adik na ako since then.
