Fried fish with herbs: fresh basil and (dried) rosemary. I also put some garlic and these were fried with butter.
Yum! We had this during one of the cool rainy days a few months ago.

oohhh! our helper will be going to the market tomorrow, will tell her to buy some of those fish ‘steaks’! haven’t tried cooking them with rosemary, yet. looks soo good. am actually drooling here! lol

Not even a dash of salt? Did you use garlic powder or fresh garlic? I’ll give this a try.

Rosemary is for fish talaga yata and the smell it gives is wonderful 🙂
