Crispy Tilapia from Recipes in TriNoma
Now the 1 million dollar question: What would you like to go with your crispy tilapia? I like to have this with soy sauce, onion bits, chili and calamansi juice. OR sliced green mangoes with bagoong, tomatoes and onions.
Yum!
Feb 12th 2009greenbucksAward & Blogging101 & For Information
I have been amiss with doing the memes and awards I have received. To those who cling to power through corruption, ooops, wrong words! To those who have linked this site (or my other sites) just give me a holler if I haven’t done the meme you linked me with 🙂
Anyway, very very late as it is, I would like to thank Jenn for this Christmas award that she has sent my way 😀

Our homeschooling children, together with other home schoolers (from the same home school program) went to visit the elderly in a home care facility. The center is called Anawim Lay Mission Center in Rodriguez (Montalban), Rizal.
Prepping the children about what the activity is all about, I was not prepared to see the elderly there, most of them were abandoned. Some of them were found on the streets. Most had stories to tell and these are not happy stories.
They have no medical life insurance, no retirement benefits and some even have no relatives to speak of.

Haiku Salad and Oyako Rolls
Haiku was one of the restaurans in TriNoma that we went to when we had the Bloggers Spot.ph Food Tour last year.
