We love leche flan! Who doesn’t? Leche flan is one of the desserts that can also be considered as comfort food.
Here is a slice of our super yummy leche flan that has more eggs than the usual leche flan recipe:

Clickย hereย for the recipe. Be prepared to have purchase more eggs than the usual though. You can also use the egg whites for another batch though this is not as creamy and as filling as the leche flan cooked with egg yolks.

hubby’s fave dessert! i suddenly remembered my SIL’s leche flan…she doesn’t get to make them anymore since my MIL died, (since an aunt living with her is allergic to eggs) and leche flan is mostly made up of eggs!
i haven’t tried doing this myself, di naman kc ako sweet person (hehe). but my mom makes a yummy leche flan.

i prefer ube halaya than leche flan although i love this if used as topping for halo-halo or cassava cake! Yummm ๐

madali lang naman and the recipe is not too sweet since it’s mostly eggs and a little milk lang
