Chili-Mansi Pancit Canton

One day last week, the children were staying with their cousins and I was too lazy to cook for lunch.

Pancit Canton

I saw that the nearby sari-sari store is open so I went to buy three packs of chili-mansi pancit canton. I didn’t put all three packs of seasoning, I only used two packs.

Like it would make having this justifiable huh? But then again, I only have chili-mansi pancit canton once in a blue moon.

I had a glass of ice-cold Coke with this plate of chili-mansi pancit canton πŸ˜‰ So much for healthy eating, lol.

Pata Tim

Pata Tim (Braised Pork?) is one yummy food to eat especially when the meat is tender and flavorful.

pata tim

This dish is one of the absolute favorites with my husband’s family. I like it too but I do not attack this with the same intensity that I used too. I can almost hear this pork fat-laden food cry “you need fat burner!” every time I take bites πŸ˜€

This is actually a treat for us since we don’t usually have pork at home. This is a good excuse to have a glass (or two) of ice cold Coke. πŸ˜‰

And all I need is a big glass of ice-cold Coke and a book πŸ˜€

Pizza Hut Meal for 2

Don’t be “fooled”, this is not a big pizza but a Buddy Pan Pizza, meant to share for two from Pizza Hut Meals for Two.

Buddy Pan Pizza

This order worth PhP198.00 had:

  • Buddy pan pizza (Pizza choices: Hawaiian, pepperoni, ham, bacon and cheese, 3-cheese)
  • baked pasta (Pasta choices: Spaghetti bolognese, 3-cheese macaroni and spaghetti carbonara)
  • Caesar salad
  • 2 cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 glasses of iced tea

Budget meal for those preparing their resumes and looking for jobs, students and those who want value for their money.

I’d go for this meal anytime but would prefer to have the meal with Coke than iced tea πŸ™‚

barbecue chicken fillet

I love this because I love barbecue flavor and we always use chicken fillet meat at home. I think this partners well with Coke πŸ™‚

Perfect for a lunch date with friends.
