Home-Made Shawarma

Home-made chicken shawarma: wheat pita bread (store bought), sliced green bell pepper and cucumber and chicken strips cooked in oyster sauce.

Yummy!

home-made shawarma

Some vegetables that can be included: sliced onions, sliced tomatoes, and lettuce bits. Add a little garlic mayo sauce and cheese and its good to go.

A bit of chili sauce for added zing would be great too.

Personally I liked just the green veggies for their crunch, which is also good for those on the lookout for Phentermine 37.5 and wanting to lose weight.

Done

My BIL wedding yesterday was super fun.

The food was yummy and the desserts are too. Of course I had to take food photos but just the desserts because my plate was full. Well, kinda. (Looking at MY plate made me thought about the apidexin review I read the night before the wedding, lol)

The kids ate a lot and had clean plates. And they went for seconds and thirds for the dessert.

All preparations were “sulit” because the wedding was special.

And oh, I looked formal for once ๐Ÿ˜€

Should I?

The wedding in the family is just two days from now and my plans to lose weight started three months ago. Well, the plans are still plans till now ๐Ÿ™

I don’t know what’s with me, I’m uninspired to go out and resume my only fitness routine: walking and a bit of running in between.

I was actually planning on going the easy way, so last night, I asked what is the best weight loss pill on the market and I was shown a box of what appears to be of Chinese origin using herbal products as the one that gets bought.

I didn’t buy.

Yet.

Argh!

Typhoon Megi Juan

Typhoon Megi or Juan is one of the strongest typhoon ever to hit the country at category 5 or in local terms, signal #4. Everyone is panicking, and why not?

The typhoon is covering the country and even beyond. Signal number 4 has only been given three times in the same areas, Cagayan, Isabela and Aurora since 1998: Harurot in 2003 (when we were aboard a supercat ferry down south and I got seasick, ugh!) and Paeng in 2006.

We wish everyone to be safe from harm. We can’t hold off the rains and winds of typhoon Juan or Megi but people can go to safer places to be safe and dry.

Update 08:56am: according to WeatherWatch.co.nz, Megi is

Super Typhoon Megi is more intense than Katrina and Rita back in 2005…Megi may now be the 4th strongest storm ever recorded on the planet.

Blocked

When I get a call from an unknown number, I don’t answer the call. It is easier for me to answer if I get an sms first telling me who is calling. Paranoid I know, but I don’t want to talk to people calling me to sell something or asking me favors I can’t refuse.

Speaking about mobile phones and gadgets, I read somewhere before that credit cards, debit cards, driver’s licenses can be “read” by radio frequency signals? And that identity theft, among others can happen when these are done?

I might get rfid blocking wallets for me and the hubby not that we have credit cards with info to be stolen from ๐Ÿ˜€

But this, cellphone shielding bag I’ve read about would be great to block mobile phone calls and that means no more calls before 8am ๐Ÿ˜€
