Breakfast

They say that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Filipinos are know to have heavy breakfast of rice, eggs, meat and fruits. Or pancakes, champorado, porridge and pandesal with limitless choices for filling.

For those on the go, the easiest way to have breakfast is by making sandwiches, preparing oatmeal and cereals with milk or having a glass of fruit smoothie.

What is you favorite breakfast meal?

Any All silog varietes are my favorite for breakfast, and double the fried eggs please. But since I’m kinda watching what I eat nowadays, I only have it twice a week. Usually it’s just a sandwich and fruit juice for me.

Jean, a bacon sandwich would be nice but I have to cut down on things that are greasy. I miss bacon! 😀

Hard boiled egg? Now that is a different combination.

We haven’t had longganisa for years here at home. The kids and/or hubby orders these when they have a chance to do so when we have breakfast away from home.
