Rains are Here?

A few days ago, hubby insisted I get rain coats for the kids. I said “what? rain coats? A few weeks from now it’s gonna be summer.”
He may be right, I guess, the weather’s been freaky these days with flooding when it’s not even supposed to rain.
Last night we had a sort of freak thunderstorm, with loud clapping thunder and lightning that seem to hit a spot near one’s position. Argh, of course, there was traffic. These two go hand-in-hand đ
I guess I have to get them rain boots too and a pair of dav rain boots for me. Ay La Nina, you are not cute. Summer is supposed to be hot and not short and wet đ

White Hairs

Been worrying about a lot of things these days so it was not a shock to see white hairs sprouting on my head, argh. If only I’m losing weight even without adapexin p but that it’s just the opposite of what’s happening to me. Another argh and a sigh.
Stressed = nibbling here and there.
I really gotta get serious with my hooping and start my morning walk soon.

Watching the 2011 Golden Globe Awards makes me wonder how these tv and movie personalties keep the weight off.
Or maybe it’s like just asking

Christmas Decorations

My post Christmas photo of the living room at my mother-in-law’s home. Lovely isn’t it?
For me, it feels like a fireplace with a roaring fire, a plush rug on glass mosaic tiles on the floor and a big rocking chair should complete the picture. Well, there is a rocking chair but not near the tree.
My interior designer brother-in-law prepped this as he always does every year. It takes a lot of time and patience along with creativity and style to make a home look like this.
Of course, it takes more than Christmas decorations to say the Christmas spirit is in the people’s hearts.
