Gising Gising

Gising Gising

Gising Gising is a dish made with vegetables, ground pork and coconut milk. I can’t remember what these green vegetables are (hehe) but this dish is quite unique, I must say.

Crispy Tilapia

Crispy Tilapia from Recipes in TriNoma

Now the 1 million dollar question: What would you like to go with your crispy tilapia? I like to have this with soy sauce, onion bits, chili and calamansi juice. OR sliced green mangoes with bagoong, tomatoes and onions.

Yum!

Pizza Toppings

I featured freshly baked pizza two weeks ago and I asked about your favorite pizza toppings. These were the toppings that went with that pizza photo where the onion rings are missing but they are here.

Now here are some pizza toppings. Go choose what you want for your pizza, its all free, right here in this blog 😀

If you want these for real though, these can be had here.

Onion Rings

Onion rings.

“Ewww… the smell” as some people would react.

These onion rings can be used for frying crispy onion rings, or used as pizza toppings or for the Filipino version “bistek”.

Our own version of the bistek has no beef strips but has bangus back fillet strips marinated in soy sauce, oyster sauce, and ground pepper cooked with onion rings. Yum!
