No to “Jiggly Behind” Photo

I posted jiggly photos of a water droplet here and a glass with ice cubes here.

If I have been “brave” enough, I would have posted a photo of jiggly behind that needs some quick trim burn & cleanse treatment πŸ˜€

Nah, I wouldn’t, I mean, couldn’t do that since I find that mean, even if it was ME in the photo (or better be another person in this matter) πŸ˜‰

Food photos are partly to blame here. Yea right.

Fiber Rich Food

Someone I know recently underwent a colon cleansing treatment from a spa/therapy/treatment health and wellness center. I am not sure if she is taking colon cleansing pills but what I know of was she went through an oral cleansing regimen by ingesting food with lots of dietary fiber.

In our household we try to do some things differently by doing some changes in our food intake to make sure we have fiber rich food to help and digestion and fecal movement. Ewww? No, its not.

We have brown rice which is said to be rich in fiber. We have coffee that has green beans. We steer clear of food rich in animal fat. We have fish and white meat as part of the diet more than we have red meat. Processed food has no place in our meals and we try to avoid these as much as possible. Fruits and vegetables are regularly consumed.

These are just a few of the little steps to be done to ensure that health is given priority without denting the budget. It is doable.

A Big Zit During our Family Photo Shoot

Looking at the New Year family photos was a lot of fun but I have to say I was disappointed with how I looked because I got this big zit on the middle part of my chin. It is obvious in the photos and it even looked like a big red mole, πŸ™

I had to read about these things again in an acnezine review just like back when I was in high school not too long ago (tee-hee).

Looking back, I can say I never really had problems with pimples except on those days when the monthly period shows up and I get these really big ones. Ugh. I still do get them and I don’t know if I prefer one on my chin or inside my ear. Argh!

Bittersweet Day

We went to home to pay our last respects to our granduncle who passed away.

While spending time with my relatives yesterday, I saw boxes and boxes of tiles in my grandaunt’s kitchen. I thought these will be used for the cemetery but it seems like they were building an apartment complex to be used for renting.

Anyway…

It was a bittersweet day for me, listening to my grandaunt ask me to stay for lunch when the day was almost over makes me long to cry in front of her. I can’t of course because I know that if I do so, all the more that she will feel sad.

I do not particularly like the thought of getting old but I know all of us will go that way. I know I have to make the most while I still got time to enjoy life and living it to the fullest.

On our way home, we did something unusual. I was not able to enjoy it the way I would have wanted to but the fact that the children loved what we did makes me happy too.

Indoor Fitness Program

Hubby said one time that perhaps we might be needing a treadmill (or other fitness equipment like a rowing machine) at home just in case the weather doesn’t permit me to go out and have my morning share of on-again and off-again fitness regimen. He might be right and the presence of one would not excuse me even if I woke up late πŸ˜€

I so need to go back to my early morning routine because the cool days haven’t been kind to me and my resolve to be fit: walking up late and doing a bit of tasting those baked goodies I have been baking does not make me a thinner person πŸ™

Oh well, after the Christmas season, as we all say. Sigh.

Big vs Small Retail Stores

With these big supermarkets otherwise known as “hypermarket” opening at almost every available space, it is no wonder that small businesses are losing their usual customers.

Where we are staying, a big hypermarket from a big company of malls just opened up. We decided to check it out one time and although we found the usual stuff being sold in their other outlets, it is still a bit reassuring for some that such an outlet exists within a few minutes from where we live. With school children, one does not know when there is an emergency urgency to get something for school to be used the next day.

On the other hand, I feel that the small businesses in the vicinity of this big store, meaning a few minutes ride and drive, are threatened. Good if these have business insurance to back them up in times of need.

I hope these smaller businesses won’t fold up like how I see happening in the rural areas.
